Payments & Checkout

All digital products, including our eBook and coaching services, require full payment at the time of purchase. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payments are processed securely through our website using Paddle's checkout system. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

You will be clearly informed of the product details, pricing, and any applicable subscription terms before confirming your order. After a successful purchase, you will receive an email with access instructions or download links.

Refund Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day of your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

However, this right does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise access—such as our eBook or coaching materials—once the delivery has begun with your prior consent. By purchasing and accessing these products immediately, you waive your right to withdraw from the contract.

If you believe a mistake was made with your order, or if you're experiencing issues with access or delivery, please contact us at support@fromhelloworldtoteamlead.com. We'll always do our best to help and may provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

All payments are processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle at their discretion. You can also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net.
